We can’t help it.
We live in a culture
that applauds the loud, the successful, and the most known. And even though we
are writers, and most of us prefer obscurity, it still would be nice to know if
our writing affected someone for the good—actually, a lot of someones. Who
doesn’t dream of being a best-seller?
