There's not a lot as frustrating as trying to look at an image on Facebook that's the wrong size. By the time I blow it up big enough to see it, it's too blurry. Here are some exact dimensions to help you avoid that trap, and not just for Facebook.

As always, great info. Thanks, Edie!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the good info! I hate those fuzzy pictures.
ReplyDeleteThank you, thank you, thank you. Hopefully, this will solve some issues I've had posting images. I'm printing this out right now. I have no idea where you find this stuff. Thanks, Edie for digging up the treasures and sharing them with those of us who have no idea how to read the map!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Edie. Using this to redo my FB cover! And I thought I left a comment from my iPhone, but it didn't show up. Is there any secret to leaving comments using your iPhone?
ReplyDeleteSo, if I have a picture and its dimensions don't match the number you have listed, is there something I can do to fix it?
ReplyDeleteEllen, there certainly is. I recommend www.picmonkey.com. Here's a post I wrote about working with images: http://thewriteconversation.blogspot.com/2013/07/business-basics-for-todays.html
