Weekly Celebrations
It’s time again
for Calendar Days. These are fun to read and also a great way to
jumpstart our creativity when looking for ideas for articles and blog posts.
They’re also a fun writing prompt idea.

Now let's do a
little brainstorming for next month. What are some of your favorite days from
the list and how do you propose using them?
Don't forget to
join the conversation!
Blessings,
Aug. 9th (Book Lovers Day) and Aug. 10th (Lazy Day) sure make a nice pair! I'd love to celebrate by reading another new book and doing absolutely nothing else!
ReplyDeleteAmanda, you picked my favorite two of the month! Thanks for sharing! Blessings, E
DeleteHI Edie, the click to tweet is not working. I always tweet these.
ReplyDeleteMy Birthday is Aug 2. Love that it is friendship day and Ice cream is involved.
Cherrilynn, thank you. I just fixed the Tweetables, not sure why it didn't take the first time! Happy early birthday! Blessings, E
DeleteI always love your posts and love to share them. I just retweeted "old-fashioned" way through the twitter icon. This is great, Edie!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much.
Julie, thanks for the extra work to retweet! And thank you for stopping by, Blessings, E
DeleteI love when you post these, Edie!! Thanks for the blogging help. :-)
ReplyDeleteAne, thank you! I never want to overuse any idea, but I love crazy holidays and I'm glad you all do too! Blessings, E
DeleteI love these posts, Edie! My son's birthday is on the 3rd. I think we'll be eating watermelon that day. :)
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of creating posts about the first week in August—ideas for simplifying your life. If I don't write about it, I can at least take steps in this direction of simplifying my life. ;) Friendship week would be another good topic to write on—maybe those friendships that have made a difference in my life, or impacted me in some way.
Jeanne that's a great idea! And I'm glad you mentioned ideas for the designated weeks. Thanks for sharing! Blessings, E
DeleteI love this! My son's birthday is the 11th, and it's Son and Daughter day! Whoop!! Thanks for the list. Great idea for story starters.
ReplyDeleteThat's a cool coincidence! Thanks for sharing, Blessings, E
